By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they are written in plain English.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Atlas Autism (operated by Guido Galindo, referred to as "we", "us", or "Atlas Autism") and any person or organisation ("you") who engages our consultancy services.

By booking a free consultation or any paid service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Atlas Autism provides educational consultancy and coaching services for families and schools supporting neurodivergent young people.

Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Family consultations and coaching sessions
- School SEND provision assessments and audits
- Staff training and capacity building
- Framework and policy development
- Strategic planning and advisory support

Important: our services are educational and advisory in nature. We are not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service. Nothing in our sessions constitutes medical advice, psychological therapy, or clinical diagnosis. If you need clinical support, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

3. Bookings and confirmation

All sessions are booked via Calendly or by direct email agreement. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Calendly or from us directly.

Free 30-minute consultations are offered at our discretion and do not create any obligation on either side to enter a paid engagement.

4. What we expect from you

- Provide accurate information about your situation, your child, or your school
- Attend sessions on time and engage in good faith
- Treat all participants with respect
- Not record sessions without prior written consent
- Keep any shared resources for personal use only

We reserve the right to end an engagement if these expectations are not met, with fees for completed sessions still due.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or the details of your sessions to any third party without your consent, except where we are legally required to do so.

Safeguarding exception: if at any point we have serious concerns about the safety or welfare of a child or vulnerable person, we may be legally required to report this to the relevant authorities, regardless of confidentiality. We will always try to discuss this with you first unless doing so would put someone at risk.

6. Limitation of liability

Atlas Autism's services are advisory and educational in nature. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for any child or school setting, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Intellectual property

Any resources, frameworks, documents, or materials created by Atlas Autism and shared with you during our engagement remain the intellectual property of Atlas Autism unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use these materials for the specific purpose they were created (e.g. within your school or family). You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without our written consent.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales for UK clients, and Spanish law for clients based in Spain or the EU. In the event of a dispute, we will always seek to resolve matters amicably before any legal proceedings.
